normal<reg> brownie
- BUTTER (MELTED) 110 g | .5 cup
- POWDERED SUGAR 305 g | 1.5 cup
- BROWN SUGAR 135 g | 1.3 cup
- EGG 3 ea
- FLOUR 40 g | 3 tbsp
- SALT 6 g | 2 tsp
- BAKING SODA 3 g | 1 tsp
- COCOA POWDER 118 g | 1.25 cup
- combine butter, salt + sugars - mix until well combined
- mix in eggs (scrape down bowl)
- mix in cocoa powder, then flour + baking soda
- mix until the batter is smooth
- spread into greased pan - batter will be thick
- bake @ 350˚ 20 ish min
chocolate dip
- COCONUT OIL 50 g | .25 cup
- COCOA BUTTER 25 g | 2 tbsp
- 70% CHOCOLATE 225 g | 1.5 cup
- combine coconut oil + cocoa butter in bowl over bain marie
- once melted, add in chocolate
- bring to almost melted + remove from heat
- store in an airtight container
- to remelt, place container in hot water - you want to melt as slowly + as evenly as possible!
