brownie sundae

normal<reg> brownie

• BUTTER (MELTED) 110 g | .5 cup
• POWDERED SUGAR 305 g | 1.5 cup
• BROWN SUGAR 135 g | 1.3 cup
• EGG 3 ea
• FLOUR 40 g | 3 tbsp
• SALT 6 g | 2 tsp
• BAKING SODA 3 g | 1 tsp
• COCOA POWDER 118 g | 1.25 cup

1. combine butter, salt + sugars - mix until well combined
2. mix in eggs (scrape down bowl)
3. mix in cocoa powder, then flour + baking soda
4. mix until the batter is smooth
5. spread into greased pan - batter will be thick
6. bake @ 350˚ 20 ish min

chocolate dip

• COCONUT OIL 50 g | .25 cup
• COCOA BUTTER 25 g | 2 tbsp
• 70% CHOCOLATE 225 g | 1.5 cup

1. combine coconut oil + cocoa butter in bowl over bain marie
2. once melted, add in chocolate
3. bring to almost melted + remove from heat
4. store in an airtight container
5. to remelt, place container in hot water - you want to melt as slowly + as evenly as possible!
